The Society
The EuroPython Society (EP) is a Non-Profit Society (idéell förening) under Swedish law. The legal residence of the board is in Göteborg, Sweden.
The purpose of the EP is to organise conferences centered around the Python programming language.
The Annual EuroPython Conference (EPC)
The EuroPython conference is a very successful community-driven annual event, organised throughout Europe by a team of local and international volunteers.
The role of the EuroPython Society is to act as the formal organization and legal body behind, and back and help organise the EPC.
Membership
Membership is open to individuals wishing to participate in the organising of a EuroPython conference. To become a member, the applicant must submit an application to the board of the society.
